Terms and Conditions – Dream Roads Saudi - Motorcycle Tour Company

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") set forth the terms and conditions governing the relationship between the customer ("Customer") and the motorcycle tour company ("Dream Roads Saudi Company") for the provision of motorcycle tours. By booking a tour with the Company, the Customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• Booking and Confirmation

  • The Customer must submit a booking request through the Company's designated channels and provide all required information accurately
  • The Company will confirm the booking upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as specified by the Company
  • The Customer acknowledges that tour availability is subject to confirmation by the Company.

• Payment

  • The Customer agrees to pay the total tour price as specified by the Company.
  • Payment methods and schedules will be provided by the Company and must be followed accordingly.
  • Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of the booking, without refund, at the Company's discretion.

• Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing by the Customer.
  • Cancellation fees may apply, and the refund amount, if any, will be determined by the Company's cancellation policy.
  • The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Customer will be offered an alternative tour or a refund, as determined by the Company.

• Customer Responsibilities

  • The Customer must possess a valid motorcycle license and comply with all local laws and regulations regarding motorcycle operation
  • The Customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary visas, permits, or documents required for travel.
  • The Customer must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in the tour. d. The Customer is responsible for any damage caused to the motorcycle or other equipment provided by the Company due to their negligence or improper use.

• Insurance

  • The Company strongly recommends that the Customer obtains adequate travel insurance, including coverage for motorcycle riding and personal liability.
  • The Customer is responsible for any costs or expenses incurred due to accidents, injuries, or other incidents that may occur during the tour.

• Limitation of Liability

  • The Company shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage suffered by the Customer during the tour, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
  • The Company shall not be liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes in the tour itinerary due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, or political unrest.

• Indemnification

  The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Company and its agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of the Customer's participation in the tour.

• Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

  This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• Severability:

  If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

• Entire Agreement:

  This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and the Company and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements, whether oral or written, regarding the subject matter herein.

By booking a tour with the Company, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
